What does it mean to be a full time staff person?

A full time staff person is primarily focused on their ministry with FCA and will be expected to be on the field connecting with, pouring into, and serving coaches and athletes at their assigned schools.

What are some of the responsibilities of a full time staff person?

As they assist in the spiritual growth on the campuses they serve, full time staff will be responsible for ministering, discipling, and leading coaches and athletes in their relationship with the Lord.

What is expected from full time staff?

They will be expected to live out the FCA way that is working to see the world transformed by Jesus Christ through the influence of coaches and athletes and lead every coach and athlete in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church. They will do that through our strategy of engaging, equipping and empowering coaches and athletes to know and grow in Christ and lead others to do the same.
